1. About Us

Rumaan Robe is a Luxury Export Men’s Wear brand based in Multan, Pakistan. We offer ready-to-wear garments and custom-stitched (made-to-measure) kameez shalwar and three-piece suits for customers in Pakistan and internationally.

2. Orders

  • Orders can be placed on our website or through our official WhatsApp: +92 303 4557744.
  • An order is confirmed only after we have received the required payment (or confirmed a Cash on Delivery order) and, for custom-stitched orders, your complete measurements.
  • We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the details provided are incomplete or incorrect, or payment cannot be verified. If you have already paid in that case, the amount will be refunded.

3. Custom-Stitched Orders and Measurements

  • Custom-stitched garments are made to the measurements you provide. Please follow our Measurement Guide carefully, or contact us on WhatsApp for help before sending them.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you send. Once stitching has started, changes may not be possible.
  • Stitching usually takes 5–7 days after the order is confirmed. This is an estimate and may vary during busy periods.
  • Custom-stitched / made-to-measure orders are non-returnable, as explained in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will apply to that order.
  • We accept bank transfer and JazzCash. Payment details are shared at checkout or on WhatsApp. Please send proof of payment so we can confirm your order.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Pakistan only.
  • International orders must be paid in advance. The product payment and the international delivery charge are separate.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Within Pakistan, orders paid fully in advance get free shipping. COD orders carry a shipping charge, as listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.
  • International delivery is never free and COD is not available. The delivery charge is quoted after we receive your measurements, complete delivery address and selected articles with quantities, and depends on the destination and weight.
  • International transit usually takes 6–12 days depending on the country, after the order is ready. Delivery times are estimates and delays caused by courier companies or customs are outside our control.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes charged in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges policy. Wrong, defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Product Colours and Images

We try to show every product as accurately as possible. The colour of the actual fabric may look slightly different from the photos because of lighting and screen settings. Small differences like this are not considered a defect.

8. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Custom-stitched orders cannot be cancelled once cutting or stitching has started.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Rumaan Robe name, logo, product photos, videos and text, belongs to Rumaan Robe. It may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Rumaan Robe’s responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
